FAQ

How long will my order take to arrive?

Typically, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days and 2-5 days to be delivered via USPS Priority Mail.  Once processed, packages will ship from our studio in Maryland.


Can I request a specific delivery date?

Yes. We can make it work for you and ensure that  your gift arrives within a certain window of your desired date. On the “notes/instructions” section at checkout, please list your desired delivery date.


What types of payments do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted through PayPal. All prices are listed in USD.


Do you charge sales tax?

A 6% sales tax will be collected for all orders shipped to the state of Maryland. Sales tax will be charged on the full amount of the merchandise and on shipping and handling.


Where do you deliver?

We currently only ship within the United States.


Can you include a personal note in my order?

Yes, you have the option to include a handwritten note with your gift and simply write your sentiment in the box when you check out.  

We can also leave the card blank and outside the box so you can write the message yourself!

ALL gifts include our signature To/From Card.


Can I customize my gift box?

Yes, you can curate your own gift boxes here. Select your favorite gifts from our collection and we will send your gorgeous hand-wrapped gift set.


What is your return policy?

Due to the time and love we take into assembling your gifts, all sales are final. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at justsimplylshop@gmail.com.


Can I use your product images on my blog or feature Just Simply L for a styled photoshoot?

Yes! We love collaborating with other businesses.  Send us a note at justsimplylshop@gmail.com.


Do you offer wholesale?

We do offer wholesale only on our Party products. Send us a wholesale inquiry here.
